Since I cannot explain that particular piece of art, I shall simply provide you with the useless information that the experiment is known as the Stroop Effect. And I have a t-shirt of it which I love :)

I vote we rename it the The Man Who Doesn't Take Off His Clothes effect. It'd be easier for the first year psych students to remember!
