From what I've seen of his work (Google gave me this page (http://www.eroticabibliophile.com/illustrators_poitevin.html")) it doesn't seem *that* bad, although it's all scary in its own special way. I didn't notice any children, at least, (with the exception of one who doesn't seem to be in any immediate danger).
Of course, that site may have chosen more... acceptable pieces itself. *shrug*
