The Dentist scene was used to get me to read it actually. And I really liked the story-telling, character-growth/telling aspects of that. My other fav is all when the scarab is 'That's my name' :) Jamie crept up a ladder I didn't even know was there, to set just under Bruce/Batman as a Fav Char.

I get fannish impulses and OMG I should totally create my own heroes and write novel style stuff. And then y'know, the world hits mme with ten tons of ow. **shrugs** But who knows the future.
