I'm giving myself amnesty on the last round and starting this anew!

Since it's been a while, the rules:

1) Make a list of fifteen characters, and keep them to yourself for the moment.

2) Ask everyone to make up questions in the comments.

For example: "One forces Two and Seven to get married. Is it a happy marriage?"
"Five, Six and Twelve form a band! What do they call themselves? Are they any good?"
"Why *are* all the other numbers afraid of Seven?"

1, 12, and 14 are the among the last survivors of a nuclear war. How do they cope with their new life as scavengers amongst the wreckage of modernity? Do they find love for each other amongst the ruins, or do they complete the grim work of human self-annihilation that began when the bombs fell?
