Taken from a few people around, a meme that hopefully will distract me *exactly* the appropriate amount! (And also gives me an excuse to use one of my favourite old icons, of course.)

Comment with the name/title of a fandom I'm aware of, no matter how obvious you think the answers will be, and I'll reply [to] you with the relationships (canon or not) from it I ship. Also, you're free to reply in subthreads and ask me why I ship or don't ship something.

I'm fond of the undercurrents of Warren/Jean

Yes. It's a nice complication, a lot of the time. Plus occasionally you get something as twisty as 1602 out of the relationship, which is always fun *g*.

The movie convinced me that their love for each other is, well, maybe not pure and true, but most certainly a driving motivation.

After X3 I'm hard put to it to find an explanation for their relationship that doesn't involve them being ex-lovers... And Excalibur is hilarious :)

The actors even agree, although if you were Ian McKellen, you'd probably argue for a scene where you're naked in bed with Patrick Stewart as well.

Ahaha. That might explain a lot. And I'm fairly sure that you're right about McKellen. Subtle he is not.

I am! He gave a rather detailed interview! It was in the entertainment news as, iirc, "Ian McKellen Wants Gay Sex Scene."

("I originally read that as 'Ian McKellen Wants Gay Sex'," posted a friend of mine. "And I thought, 'Of course he does, but why is this *news*?'")
