I've just realized the fact that Tim Drake's fake name is "Alvin Draper" is the funniest thing ever.

I was looking up baby names for *very good reasons, okay?* and this is what I learned.

Alvin: Wise friend. From the Old English Aetheiwine, and also Aefwine, both meaning noble friend.

Also a diminutive of Alvar: An Old English name meaning elf army.

Elf Army, people.

Just. Tim! And he can tell people that is his name with a straight face!

The problem with giving an "Other" option in a poll is that, yes, people *do* have other options you haven't thought of. So you have to twist your brain around trying to make it *work*.
