Death passes, sure. However, Tulip, although her book is *published* by a DC imprint, doesn't live the the greater DCU (the nominally self contained 'verse with Superman and Jonah Hex and Impulse's mom and everyone else).

Which is sad, because there are interesting possibilities between Death and Tulip, but I am pedantic! Give me another couple instead!
