I really, really want to blame daegaer for this, so I will.

daegaer pointed out dorrie6's first-line drabble meme, so of course I had to write one. I'm just a little peeved that it ended up being shades of Aziraphale/Crowley, is all. I don't write Aziraphale/Crowley, dammit. I'm very annoyed, brain.

The last two memes I didn't do.

So, there's the first-line-drabble-challenge meme which is going around, and then the drabble-for-a-drabble meme which quickly died, and they're both Fun Things. So, in the spirit of possibly too much Fun, I'm sticking them together.

(Yes, I did quite enjoy the Frankenstein story, actually. Didn't you?)
