I have a half-finished post about a comic that brought me joy, but forget that. You know what's awesome? This week's The West Wing.
Suddenly I remember why I liked this show, back before it decided to follow new people I didn't give a crap about for too many episodes - it's funny and fast paced and you can't help but believe in the characters. You find yourself rooting for odd things, like bills to increase taxes or Republicans (possibly even at the same time, which really can't end well).
I'm still not sad the show is ending, but this was a really excellent second-to-last episode. Frantic and confused, and full of moments to squee over if I thought it'd be worth it to do a spoiler-cut.
Also, CJ really could use a hug.Good thing she's got someone for that, then.

And now that I have a build-up of prepared hugs, if anyone wants one, let me know.
