odditycollector: Supergirl hovering in black silhouette except for the red crest. Cape fluttering. Background is a roiling, raining sky. (Vetinari)

I think I need to shake out and reorganize my brain one of these days. It keeps making very strange connections on me.

For instance, my Mom sings. Quite well, actually, so that I'm wondering where that particular gene disappeared to, but this is not the problem. This afternoon, when I phoned her, she was humming, Don't Cry Out Loud, and something in *my* brain went *click*, OMG, that's my new own personal Robin theme song! Which, if you listen to it, you'd notice it really, really isn't.

But does my brain care? No, it does not. It keeps playing the song on mental repeat and going: Tim! hee. Steph! and let's cram Jason and Dick in there too! What a great song I've found!

And the thing is, I have no *need* of a Robin theme song. Out of the two Batman fics I've planning to write, 100% of them have no Robins in them.

...

Okay, yes. I am procrastinating. (Wow, you're *good*.)
