I've decided to start using twitter.

Because the thing is, I don't like twitter. I don't see the point. I don't like the idea of getting constantly barraged with text-message blurbs. I don't think anything of note can be explained in 140 chars or less. Notifications, maybe. Conversations? Not so much.

But... what if that's just a failure of imagination?

I'm mizzelle on twitter and honestly you'd be surprised what kind of conversations you can have. It's a bit more freeform and shorter, but you can still convey quite a bit in 140 characters.

I'm interested to see! There has been a lot of dumb reporting on the service, but it's growing so fast there must be something there... (right?)
