Y to a point! And that point is that while he would be a very romantic SO, I have trouble imagining TOSM being actually sexually attracted to anyone! Or being hungry or having to use the bathroom... he does not strike me as quite entirely replicating the human experience. (Disclaimer: not saying asexuality is not part of the human experience, just that it goes beyond that.)
Also he wouldn't see the point of being particular at where he aimed his romantic-ness, but neither does Kara, so.
