I'm more surprised it took Stephanie of all people to make Leslie quit like this.
I'm thinking it's more the straw that broke the camel's back, if you know what I mean. And it's not like Steph was the only casualty from War Games; she's just the only one whose name we're supposed to remember.
So maybe Leslie suddenly looked around and realized she was supporting Bruce, directly or no, in a mission that was *killing people*. And yes, it's more complicated than that, but Leslie's always been a little odd about moral complications. ;)
