So, apparently animated Brainiac 5 will be played by Inspector Gadget.

Am I to get beat up if I admit this amuses me terribly? (At the least, I can't be the only one who wants to see the future model of the Gadgetmobile.)

The world was just *waiting* for a tiny, green Inspector Gadget who's sarcastic about the stuff he blows up, I think.

And, look, we can even have Brin == Brain! I'd say Irma can be the blond niece, but she's not much of a sidekick. Maybe there was a little blond girl at some point, but she ran away crying after he stole her hair?

Hmm. But now we're missing a Gadget again...

Cham is stretchy enough, but he seems slightly too competant. Maybe current Kara? She's got all sorts of random powers, and I can see her flitting around obliviously and taking all the credit while Irma and Brainy actually solve the problems...

Although that means Irma is constantly getting kidnapped by bad guys and hacking her way out, while Brainy gets mistakingly beat up by Kara. This seems an odd distribution of talents.
