Yeah, the bluish Batman is Dick Grayson. I would explain context but, 1. it doesn't really matter 2. it would take too much effort 3. I'm not reading the relevant comics so I'm sure I don't fully understand either.
Batman (Bruce Wayne) was dead briefly, so Dick Grayson became Batman and has yet to change costumes again since BW's return. That's Dick's Robin, Damian Wayne, product of one of Bruce's affairs with Talia al'Ghul.
Bruce has started this Batman INC idea, coming out and announcing that Wayne Industries funded Batman, and now they're 'franchising' the hero, making an all-Batman team/Batmen in multiple cities and countries. Bruce thinks he can do this and still protect their secret identities through this campaign of misinformation seeded on message boards. He's starting all possible rumors about himself so he can control it.
Batman Inc. ...Well, that's new. Your summation sounds rather like Bruce is doing what Tony Stark did with Iron Man... and who was it who recently had two successful movies? (Not that one has anythng to do with the other, of course.)
