Also, I watched the two latest Bond films yesterday, and they were really, really good! I didn't know Bond movies were allowed to be other than silly.

And my roommates watched Up and were almost entirely unimpressed. I worry they did not come fully equipped with souls.

*And*, since I guess I am making a list, I saw the movie special for the Japanese sexbot drama and it was *horrifying* on *every level there is*. I had mistaken it for a show about inept corporations and boys in underpants and cupcakes, but apparently it was just slow to build to *existential terror*. And/or the knowledge that when the robots inevitably rise against us we will 100% have it coming.

I've just watched a few episodes of Zettai Kareshi - a Japanese soap about a girl who is randomly selected to receive her very own sexbot. I am not sure I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't immediately pencil in a dozen exclamation points after the concept, but. But. The universe is more complete that there is a live action drama about a sexbot* in it.

*A surprisingly pg-13 rated sexbot drama, so far, unless maybe you are against guys running around in their underwear?
